Just wanted to pass along that it was a very professional session. Bob was willing to do whatever we needed to have done and was very knowledgeable in all areas. He was a true professional and we couldn't have been any happier with the training presented. We trained on so many vehicles and scenarios I think the crews were ready to stop when we did.
I will definitely be passing this info on to the Assistant Chiefs on my department and will be sending Bob a thank you also.
I would also like to thank you on you prompt responses to our concerns and questions. It is a top notch organization. Thank you for all that you have done. I will strongly encourage and support all Res-Q-Jack equipment.
