The next night after you were down instructing on the res q jacks, we had an vehicle on its side with driver pinned.Res-q-jacks worked perfect and it was almost the exact scenario we had at the fire department. It ran really smoothly. What a great product.
Thanks again

We put the Res-Q-Jacks in service at a vehicle accident today for the first time. They worked great!! The crew was impressed with how secure the vehicle was stabilized.
Thanks for your help and training!!
Give me a call next time you're in the area.

We are impressed with the design, simplicity, and ruggedness of these tools - which is especially important in our harsh Alaskan climate. The Res-Q-Jack System has filled a stabilization and lifting void that has been, up until now, a challenge for rescuers. We were impressed with the training support (at both) the local dealer level…..and the factory.

Hello my name is Bob McKay I wanted to drop you a line to let you know how
great a product the Res-Q-jack system is. My department just bought a set
and I am a firm believer in what you are doing and by this I mean you are
changing the way rescues are performed and doing it safely and with skill.
Thanks,
Bob

We were not considering stabilization until we used the Res-Q-Jack Lifting Struts in a hands-on DEMO and realized all that it could do. The DEMO sold us on the Res-Q-Jacks.”

Thought you would like to know about the run we had this evening. An elderly lady was mowing her grass with a larger John Deere mower 4200 model and tried to go under a tree that had fallen. The roll bar on the tractor caught the tree and it dropped approximately three foot coming to rest on the steering wheel and finder of the tractor. The bad news was her hand and arm were between the tree and steering wheel. The tree was approximately 18" in diameter. We wrapped a chain around the tree and used two of the jacks to lift the tree and two of the stabilizer jacks to support the tree as we lifted it.
There were a lot of bystanders and two sheriff deputy's that were really impressed. The Sheriff Deputy was so impressed he took pictures. If I get any of the pictures I will send you copies. Could help sell another unit.
All I can say is the jacks really work!!
We also had a car wreck and had to use the jacks, but the tree rescue was made easy with the jacks.
Thanks,
George Moore, Chief

Keith,
We used the rescue jacks for the first time today. It went like this: One vehicle rollover on a narrow county road. It was on a hill with steep banks on both sides. The truck came to rest on top of the victim. He was
partially ejected through the drivers window with the cab on his torso.
His legs were still inside the cab. The bed of the truck was hanging off the
side of the road. We place two jack stands on the chassis side using the
frame rail. On the body side we place two of our air bags and some wedges. We lifted the truck of of the victim with the bags. Everything went smoothly.
The jacks worked out great!!!!! The victim was very combative with a
possible head injury. He fought the medics all the way to the Arch helicopter until they administered drugs and tubed him. I personally thank
you for selling us these jacks they worked very well. I would and will
recommend you guys and the Rescue Jack products to anyone.

Dear Mr. Clark:
On behalf of the Rio Hondo College, Basic Fire Academy Class #63, I would like to thank Res-Q-Jack and especially your ales representative D.J. Noe, for providing a hands on demonstration on April 3, 2005.
I had the students do an evaluation of the tool and class presentation by D.J. The following are their comments: well organized, easy to understand, easy to use, very informative, sold the tool well, very versatile and stable, answered all questions, hands on –more beneficial than video, outstanding, instructor knowledgeable, very helpful, can be used in many ways, phenomenal, impressive tool, quick and simple, impressive display, good system, advanced performance tool, simple to use, etc.
As you can see by the comments, we all learned a new method of stabilization and the ease as to the application of Res-Q-Jack. However, we didn’t get a demonstration of the saw. Maybe when D.J. receives one, we can get a demonstration.
Thank you,
Captain R.F. Salisbury (retired)

We have had very good success with the set of “Jacks” we purchased a few years back. They save a tremendous amount of time over setting up cribbing when stabilizing a vehicle. We had to use them just the other night on a vehicle on its side on a steep embankment. In less than 10 minutes we had 2 “Jacks” and 2 “Static Jacks” set up that fully stabilized the vehicle while the roof was rolled back so the patient could be removed. I was at the Baltimore Expo in July and noticed the fluorescent color of the pins that come with the “Jacks” now and that the “Jacks” had carrying handles. Both are great ideas!!! We lost a few of our pins the other night so today I painted the pins we have. Hopefully they will stick out when they are laying on the ground now.

Cris,
I want to thank you for helping us with your equipment. We do a large number of Auto Extrication classes each year and this will be great value. I look forward to having you see this facility in the near future. We train all our firefighters in Nassau County and had over 20,000 student contacts last year. We teach courses in all aspects of firefighting and rescue services. Your company name will be added to our donor board, which is prominently displayed on the grounds, and you will be added to our catalog as a supporter. If you ever want to test a product at this Academy you are more than welcome to do so.

Thanks in LARGE part to your tool, we were very successful at the South Carolina Regional Extrication Competition held this past weekend in Darlington, SC. Coral Gables FD won:
-
1st place “Unlimited” division
-
1st place “Best Incident Commander” category
-
1st place “Best Medic” category
-
2nd place “Overall” division
-
2nd place “Rapid Release” division
-
3rd place “Limited” division (with no tools used other than the Ajax air-chisel, TNT airbags and Res-Q-Jacks) for a victim trapped UNDER a car on its side (pictures sent later).
We could NOT have accomplished that scenario if it were not for your “Jacks” and as you will see from the pictures that I’ll be sending you, the potential for a disaster was mitigated once again by your awesome stabilization tool!
Thanks again for all your cooperation,
Iggy

Dear John,
I am writing this letter to share a recent experience that the Saint Cloud Fire Department had with one of your employees. We recently conducted auto extrication training Tim Snyder from your company brought Res-Q-Jack stabilization system to our department for us to test out and train with. Tim’s knowledge expertise on this equipment was outstanding and he presented the information in a manor that was educational and informative. Tim spent a portion of three days in Saint Cloud training with us. Based on the responses that I am getting from the training I anticipate purchasing this product in the near future. It is a pleasure to work with a professional such as Tim and I look forward to working with him in the future.
Sincerely,

We currently have the Res-Q-Jack system on our engine. It's an awesome tool and would highly recommend them to anyone. I would like to ask for the video and dvd to educate my surrounding Depts and have as a training manual. I am very impressed with your system. Thanks very much for everything!!

Just wanted to pass along that it was a very professional session. Bob was willing to do whatever we needed to have done and was very knowledgeable in all areas. He was a true professional and we couldn't have been any happier with the training presented. We trained on so many vehicles and scenarios I think the crews were ready to stop when we did.
I will definitely be passing this info on to the Assistant Chiefs on my department and will be sending Bob a thank you also.
I would also like to thank you on you prompt responses to our concerns and questions. It is a top notch organization. Thank you for all that you have done. I will strongly encourage and support all Res-Q-Jack equipment.
