JACK STAND (standard configuration)
- Slide 36" length of 2" tubing over base tube and pin.
- Slide Jack inner tube over 2" tubing pinned to base and pin.
- Slide second 36" section of tubing into jack receiver and pin.
- Insert CRG end fitting into top of 2" tubing which is pinned in jack receiver.
- Straps are conveniently stowed by hooking 'S' hooks to chain slot of CRG end fitting and running slack end through hook eye as shown.
- Additional 18" section of 2" tubing is included for short jack stand applications.
ADJUSTABLE STAND

Slide 42" length of 2-1/4" tubing over base tube and pin.

Side 42" length of 2" section of tubing into 2-1/4" section.

Insert CRG end fitting into top of 2" tubing.

Straps are conveniently stowed by hooking 'S' hooks to chain slot of CRG end fitting and running slack end through hook eye as shown.
General Note: maintain safe overlap between tube extensions. If no stop collars, use yellow paint as safe overlap indicator. Replace any worn or damaged parts.
Note: Prior to the current simplified jack stand configuration shown above, the jack stand consisted of 3 sections of extension tubing. Below is an illustration of the previous recommended configuration. The new jack stand configuration allows for faster deployment, fewer parts, longer extension, and shorter collapsed storage. The figures below also illustrate the previous method of strap storage. The improved method of attaching the straps to the new CRG heads shown above provides for a quick and neat means of stowing straps without bands, bags, or stretch wrap.
