Company 9 and Company 3 gathered Saturday morning to do a training with our new Rescue Squad. Firefighters were split into two groups and started out working on stabilization. Westminster's members were able to become familiar with our Res-Q-Jack system and Reese members became further acclimated with the uses and techniques of the Res-Q-Jack's.

After numerous stabilization drills, both groups worked using Rescue Squad 9's new Hurst hydraulic tool system to cut cars in various extrication scenarios. Crews work from approximately 0900 to 1200.

A special thanks to Ron's A and B Auto Parts in Finksburg for letting us come to their yard and cut their cars.
