Otsego County AVET class held in Oneonta. This is the system that was donated to the Delaware & Otsego county training facilities.
Due to the heavy rains, we had to cut short the remainder of the class for safety concerns. As you can see they did a roof resting procedure, removed the roof and did the "Big Bubba" test to see if it was still secure - it was!
