Shortly before 11 a.m. Communications dispatched the MVA I-95 SB at the 136 MM. As units were marking up for this MVA, an MVA with one overturned was dispatched I-95 SB at the 140 MM. Wagon 2 responding on the initial MVA, went through the area of the 140 MM with nothing found and continued south. Additional supplements advised that the overturned vehicle was in fact the MVA at the 136 and now reported to have one trapped. Wagon 2(MacKay) and Car 2 (Foster) arrived first with one vehicle on it's side just prior to the Potomac Creek crossover, confirming one trapped. Wagon 2's crew went to work stabilizing the vehicle using the Res-Q-Jack's, set up the Amkus tools, and placed a handline on the ground. Chief 2(Lare) arrived and established "I-95 Command." Upon Rescue Squad 1's arrival, crews utilized their winch to complete stabilization efforts. Wagon 2 and Rescue Squad 1 completed the extrication by removing the front half of the vehicle's roof and displacing interior vehicle components. A helicopter was requested for the patient and Wagon 4 handled LZ duties. The 100% volunteer crews from Wagon 2 and Rescue Squad 1 worked extremely well together and removed the patient in a timely manner
