The Town & Country Fire Dept Responded to a Tractor Trailer MVC at Rt 17 @ the Rt 13 Interchange. There was Entrapment with Fire. The Driver was extracted by 2 FF while the other FF attacked the Fire. Then Chief Colwell wanted the Cab Stabilized for the rest of the operation. The Dept used the 2 Res-Q-jack lifting struts with the Tow Truck from Dave's Towing on the Rt 13 winched the under part of the truck on the side hill it ended up on.
