R-1 responded to a pin job on the north side with two patients trapped in a vehicle on its side. R-1 crew stabilized vehicle with Res-Q-Jacks and assisted E-2, and L-5 with patient removal through windshield. R-1 left scene for a reported structure fire on the south side.
