Vehicle vs. Train - Spurr Rd and Greendale Rd

Crews extricated one patient from a vehicle accident.  Train struck the passenger vehicle on the drivers side of the vehicle as victim was crossing.  First indications were that all traffic signals were working.  Pt. taken to hospital with massive injuries.  Crews stabilized vehicle with "Res-Q-Jacks" and performed a drivers side "Rippenblitz" to extricate patient.  Crews had train engineer dislocate train for better access to scene. Crews responded were: E10,E13,L3,R1,EC6 and DM203
